Change Ventures first in the Baltics to join #MovingForward

At Change Ventures we promote an environment where founders can flourish and solve problems on a global scale. There is no room for harassment and discrimination in this environment.

We see diversity and inclusion as the right thing to do. So we were happy to announce last week at TechChill 2019 that we are joining #MovingForward and publishing our anti-harassment/discrimination policies. #MovingForward is a volunteer platform that gathers VC commitments to foster a diverse, inclusive, and harassment-free workplace. VCs that have already published their support for #MovingForward include Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Greylock Partners other leading investors.
